One of my idols, one of my inspirations, Dimbebag Darrell Abbot, was killed late Wedsnesday night less that a minute into their concert in Columbus, Ohio. Witnesses say Dime was approached by a guy who came up on the stage and shot him in the head repeatedly.
I'm fucking numb right now.

Yeah. I saw this on the news this morning and couldn't believe it. How the hell did someone smuggle a gun into a club? I can't even get a half-pint, or a camera into most places.
This just sucks. I haven't heard much of Damageplan, but love the work he did with Pantera.

It's amazing this sort of thing doesn't happen more often. Thank heaven it doesn't! It's tragic in so many ways, hope the person who did it gets what he deserves.
